**About the role**

The Admissions Administration Officer provides administration support for the admissions process of our Residential Care sites. The role also includes liaising with our residents on a quarterly basis to obtain feedback on our service.

**_ This role is a permanent part-time position, 1 day per week or 2 half days, based at Caulfield._**

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Supporting the Residential Team with administration tasks for residents admission process
- Contacting enquiries/leads for those wanting Residential Care and updating on customer relationship management systems (Salesforce)
- Working closely with Admissions Coordinator to promote HammondCare
- Producing admissions documentation
- Data entry into various systems
- Attending Residential Sites to conduct meaningful surveys with our residents on a quarterly basis

**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- Minimum of 5 year’s demonstrated experience working in a face paced administration role with a strong customer service component
- Demonstrated experience engaging with people at all levels displaying empathy, compassion, and patience
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team essential
- Experience in aged care highly regarded
