**Transport & Logistics Coordinator - Quarry Operations**

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Transport & Logistics Coordinator** to manage the daily scheduling, planning, and communication required to keep a truck fleet running efficiently and ensure customers receive quarry materials on time. This role is fast-paced and requires excellent organisation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Smart scheduling** of trucks to maximise fleet efficiency and meet customer deadlines
- **Daily job planning** for deliveries to multiple customer sites
- **Constant communication with drivers**, providing updates and operational support
- Monitor job progress and quickly resolve any delivery or scheduling issues
- Coordinate with the quarry and office teams to align production and transport schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery records and job documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in transport/logistics coordination or fleet scheduling (quarry or construction industry preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple drivers and jobs simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick, effective decisions
- Basic computer skills, including scheduling software or Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of transport compliance and safety requirements

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
