**WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH..**

Our Host Employer is part of a an international group and has been operation in Australia since 1989. They are a supplier of fruit to the dairy, ice cream and food service industries and pride themselves on their top quality products as well as their innovative ideas and expertise in product development. They are now looking for a motivated trainee to join their maintenance team

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED...**
- Driver's License
- Own Vehicle
- Willingness to learn

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..**

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Managing general customer service enquiries inbound and outbound
- Loading and Managing data; order amendments, stock allocation and shipping schedules
- Preparing and Managing customer quotes, forms and accounts
- Liaising with other departments to assist in adhoc administration tasks
- Preparing and submitting; export documents. credit notes, debit notes and weekly reports
- Creating and Managing; rush orders, returns and debit notes
- Providing administration support to the Commercial Director and Key Account Managers
- Working in accordance with Safety Regulations, Policies and Compliances Guidelines and Standards

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 12 months.
