We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an enthusiastic **part-time** RAO Employee **(Wednesday-Saturday 10am-3pm)** to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of our residents and make a positive contribution to their daily lives.

**About the role**

Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

Our person-centred approach focuses on maximising the quality of life for each and every resident, so if you are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents we would love to hear from you

**Skills & Experience**
- A Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
- Must be **outgoing, energetic and highly creative**:

- Ability to plan and deliver a variety of quality activities and assist our on-site Cafe
- Previous experience in a Lifestyle role and care planning
- An understanding of Dementia Support
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
