We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing experienced **full-time** Lifestyle Officer to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of our residents and make a positive contribution to their daily lives.

Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

**Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV Leisure & Health
- Must be **outgoing, energetic and highly creative**:

- Ability to manage, plan and deliver a variety of quality activities
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Lifestyle role and care planning
- An understanding of Dementia Support
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
