Employing more than 2000 people and 27 branches nationally, they are a high-performing workplace with an exciting future and are looking for a Safety Advisor to join them in their safety journey.

**The Role**
The successful Safety Advisor will be a key influencer to drive positive safety outcomes and culture with key internal stakeholders across NSW. You will need to build strong relationships across the business at all levels to support the development, implementation and ongoing execution of safety initiatives, compliance and injury management. Day to day you will provide daily direction, instructions, guidance and support to team members and assist with the implementation of actions to meet compliance requirements in safety, quality, and environment standards.

**About you**
The organisation requires a passionate and proactive safety professional with exceptional relationship building abilities to join the team. You will be a self starter and be able to work autonomously and have a can-do attitude. You will have:

- Proven experience working in Safety advisory role
- Certificate IV in Work, Health & Safety (or equivalent/additional)
- Current Drivers License and the ability to travel to multi-sites
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across a diverse portfolio of stakeholders.
- ICAM or Taproot investigation experience preferred by not essential
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and enjoys working hard
