Procurement S2c Functional Lead

**Locations**:China **(CHN-Shanghai CHQ office, CHN-Tianjin MSD office); **Malaysia **(PJ plant); **Australia **(Clayton VIC); **New Zealand** (Auckland); **Indonesia **(Jakarta Raya); **Singapore **(Central Singapore).

As the **Procurement Source-to-Contract (S2C) Functional Lead** for the ePro and S4 global deployment, you will be responsible for the global functional standard and transformation. You will be part of a team focused on driving results, making key decisions, and implementing standards and best practices.

You will learn and understand how Procurement tools work and how the tools are integrated with S4 Phase 1 initiatives. You will also act as the S2C SME to identify, coordinate, and manage interdependencies between Procurement strategy, systems functionality, and stakeholder requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Primary lead for the global functional standard and transformation of the Source-to-Contract process.
- Serve as primary contact and liaison with the system supplier (Jaggaer), Procurement IT, and S4 P2P regarding:

- S2C data dependencies for optimized, integrated processes.
- Identifying, coordinating, and managing risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
- Track the detailed status of activities and deliverables associated with the ePro/S4 implementation.
- Contribute to testing activities:

- Develop the overall testing strategy and plan with IT, other Functional leads, Program managers, Vendors, and SMEs.
- Define global templates for business test scripts, test cases, and tracking.
- Execute global functional testing, document test results, and retest as needed.
- Contribute to testing status metrics and reporting.
- Oversee business regional testing.
- Deliver documentation, plans, and deliverables in alignment with methodology and best practices.
- Comply with project management plan, governance structure, and status reporting activities.
- Contribute to the change management, communication, and training plans and execute or assign activities per the plans.
- Work closely with System Integrator and other functional leads.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing; or a combination of experience in supply chain, IT, sales, or finance with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing.
- Excellent data analysis and analytic skills.
- Experience with PPG procurement tools and processes.
- Experience with global support/service with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
