About the role
This position is accountable and responsible for conducting the cleaning audits for all areas within Ipswich Hospital and to support the completion of cleaning audits across all relevant areas within West Moreton Health. This position will support the Senior Supervisor Quality with reviewing the audit system and ensuring it is kept up to date and compliant with current cleaning standards.
About you
- High level knowledge and experience working in Operational Services and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Effective interpersonal skills with ability to assist, lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively negotiate, consult and build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage departmental changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across a range of electronic mediums.
- Experience in cleaning audit systems and conducting audits following the guidlienes set out by Ipswich hospital.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
