In October 2016, we established Glenny Kebabs in the heart of Glen Waverley. People from all parts of Victoria came to Glenny Kebabs to experience the GK culture, the owner, Asad, has created. We currently operate 3 restaurants in Melbourne's South-east and are in the process of opening more locations

The role requires you to have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambition and strong business acumen
- An eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of information
- Multitasking, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficient English
- The ability to take initiative and get hands-on
- Must be fit and able
- Current licence and own vehicle

Tasks involved in the role include but are not limited to:

- Be point of contact for delivery and contractors
- Liaising with staff and managers about operational priorities
- Work closely with senior management to oversee daily business operations
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
- Basic store upkeep
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
- Coordinate meeting agendas, papers, and logistics.
- Coordinate team special events, conferences, and team building events
- Ensure the daily and weekly checklists are completed by staff for the venue
- Oversee staff work and ensure staff are productive and work efficiently
- Overseeing health and safety requirements of the venue and ensuring compliance with this
- Inventory upkeep
- Ensuring management of all equipment via liaison with Senior Management
- Ensure staff abides by company policies and work with HR

Supplemental incentives:

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
