- As the Claims Specialist, your new role will see you provide outstanding customer service to providers and internal stakeholders. You will provide prompt resolution of queries regarding claims benefits, policies and procedures, with a focus on reducing failure demand service and identifying moments of truth.
- You will provide a support function for external customers and internal departments by:
- Answering provider claims enquiries and performing eligibilities via phone-
- Answering claims queries from internal stakeholders-
- Make outgoing calls to assist in the payment of claims-
- Maintain current knowledge of products and servicesAssist in the resolution of customer complaints and disputes- Your Team

- With previous experience in customer service and administration you will bring to this role a passion and energy for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will possess:
