Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Communications Officer to oversees internet and intranet presence, focusing on improving content.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage internet and intranet presence providing high level advice on digital content and appropriate communication channels to Support the Manager in the development and implementation of the digital communications strategy, including the development of new content as well as internal and external online communications tools.
- Develop and deliver a website report and evaluation tool (dashboard) to demonstrate website usage and relevance.
- Produce, edit, and publish audience-focused digital content to ensure the website, associated websites and relevant intranet sites contain the highest quality and most relevant information and services for all stakeholders.
- Provide advice and guidance to website content producers to ensure all online content is compliant with web accessibility standards and guidelines to service the wider community and stakeholders.
- Provide advice to the Communications team on using online and digital channels to enhance communication, media, stakeholder, and marketing strategies to promote public health messages
- Engaging website content producers in developing and evaluating the effectiveness of digital content to continually improve quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of digital strategies.

**Essential requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating digital communications, including the ability to use digital and online tools as part of communication, media, internal communications and marketing strategies, and experience in managing enterprise content management systems.
- Ability to develop and deliver digital communications campaigns and advise stakeholders on digital communications strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with stakeholders to review and constantly improve online communication and website strategy, evaluation, and content.
