**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily club operations and ensure exceptional service standards
- Foster a positive, community-driven club culture for both members and staff
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and high-functioning environment
- Recruit, lead, and develop your own team
- Ensure compliance with security, OH&S, and franchise standards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership or management experience (fitness industry preferred but not essential)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Proactive and innovative - always looking to improve and grow
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current **First Aid & CPR certification**:

- Valid **Working with Children Check (WWCC)**:

- Availability for a **Full-Time (38 hours/week)** position

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
