The Rechabite is Northbridge’s most dynamic multi-level entertainment and hospitality venue. Our basement club, celebrated restaurant Double Rainbow, iconic performance hall and rooftop bar together present a jampacked year-round program of performances, live music, club nights and diverse cultural activations alongside our celebrated food and beverage programs.

**THE ROLE - BAR MANAGER**

The Bar Manager at The Rechabite is a key player in the management team, overseeing bar operations across all four levels and enhancing guest experiences throughout the venue. Essential skills include people management, communication, time management and a love for progressive beverage offerings.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and manage the beverage program and equipment upkeep.
- Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring venue procedures are followed.
- Train staff, develop policies, and contribute to the venue’s culture.
- Maintain compliance with legislation and participate in training sessions.
- Assist in beverage focussed marketing strategy and other tasks as needed.
