THE COMPANY:

Lusso Kitchen is the latest addition to the Lusso group which has been in operation for the last 13 years.

Lusso Kitchen and Catering Pty Ltd is running busy restaurants at Longueville, Dural, Neutral Bay, Cammeray Golf Club and Northbridge Golf Club. From woodfire Italian pizzas and pastas to Spanish Tapas, or classic pub style dishes, Lusso offers delicacies for all. High quality food is the standard whether we serve 10 guests or a 100.

Responsibilities :

· planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies

· monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

· discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff

· demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures

· preparing and cooking food

· explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

· may select and train staff

· may freeze and preserve foods

What we offer:

· Annual Base Salary: AUD$75,000-$ hr/week)

· Plus Super, Allowance, Bonus.

· Secure and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

· Cert.IV or Above.

· Minimum 01 year of work experience as a Chef.

The Applicant should be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
