**About the role**

As a Customer Service Consultant for our Government client at Probe CX, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service to the Australian public. Working in our state-of-the-art contact centre in Springfield, Queensland, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping everyday Australians and Businesses navigate government services and address their queries and concerns.

**What you'll be doing**
- Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and problem-solving skills
- Accurately record customer information and log details of interactions in our CRM system
- Research and provide detailed information about government programs and processes
- Follow up on customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service technologies
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of government services and programs would be highly regarded
