If so, this is the role you’ve been looking for We are currently looking for passionate **Customer Service Specialists** to join our growing team in our fast paced contact centre located in Springfield This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in a culture built on fun, respect, integrity, innovation and transparency

**Here’s the good info you want to know...**
- Permanent full time (38hrs p/wk) or part time (20-36hrs p/wk) roles with multiple start dates available
- Hourly rate & incentives
- Monday - Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 8pm (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs)
- Penalty rates for any weekend work completed and anytime after 7pm
- Comprehensive Full Time PAID training onsite with ongoing development opportunities

Please note, that this is an Australian based role and due to the nature of our client, to be eligible you must:

- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint).
