**Job Description**:
As the newly created position of Business Process Designer, you will be working on a business transformation project that aims to improve operational processes, uplift internal controls and drive operational efficiencies and productivity.

In addition, some of your other responsibilities will be;
- Lead the design, development, and execution of the project deliverables
- Document and analyse the effectiveness of current processes to develop strategies to improve efficiencies
- Redesign end to end business processes to improve business operational efficiency and productivity
- Determine critical root cause analysis to drive strategic change to improve the current process environment
- Ensure full integration of all processes and linkage to best practice &
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders to affect change

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you are Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience and in addition;
- You are an expert in process mapping, designing and business process reengineering
- Extensive Business Process Re-engineering experience
- Experience working in an agile environment, preferably across operational or service areas &
- Hands on experience in design, management and delivery of projects involving business transformation.
