We are seeking and Assistant Store Manager with a flair for the creative, to join our team This exciting role will see you supporting your Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and will also take ownership of executing our Visual Merchandising strategy across the market in which you operate.

**Responsibilities**:
This role would suit someone with existing experience in retail VM, or with a keen interest in this area. You will need to have a creative flair, high attention to detail, execution and the ability to plan, problem solve and stay agile to ‘make it happen’. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with operational excellence will be crucial in this role. So too will your love of sneakers, sport, youth culture and product merchandising.

**To be successful you must be able to demonstrate**:

- A passion for Sales, Customer Service and Foot Locker product
- The desire to assist with leading and developing your store team
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales.
- Implementing appealing displays to attract visitors to the store in line with VM brand standards
- Solid understanding of window and instore launch campaign, footwear, and apparel briefs.
- Delivering engaging customer service and leaving a great lasting impression on every customer that walks through our door.
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends

Qualifications:

- Previously held experience in a retail position, ideally in a role with a Visual Merchandising focus
- Previous experience in an Assistant Management position will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets.
- Availability to work across our Key Store trading hours which will include some weekends, late nights and public holidays.
