With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

**The Opportunity**:
Due to recent growth, we currently have an opportunity for a Key Account Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships team. Key focus of the role is supporting the key account team in delivering a high level of customer service to both our major clients as well as our internal customers. A key requirement will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring day to day service delivery, management of data and effective communication is delivered throughout the business.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Prompt and effective follow-up and response to internal/external customer enquiries and concerns
- Be the primary contact nationally for day to day operational issues
- Manage business relationships with internal/external customers
- Provide support in providing excellent customer service in a professional, empathetic and solution orientated approach
- Assist in managing the customers' performance within agreed contractual parameters
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures to ultimately enhance the customer experience
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on business activities as/when required
- Coordinate end to end contract life cycle management
- Support the customers’ performance within agreed contractual parameters to deliver quality customer service
- Planning and coordination of account tasks, including coordinating changing tasks to achieve optimal customer requirements

**About you**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and effective persuasion skills
- A quick learner, a problem solver and diligently follow up on outstanding issues
- The ability to plan and execute according to plan
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, having the ability to cope well with multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Customer-centric individual and can handle stressful situations in a professional and effective manner
