**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting into the Cyber Risk Leader, the Security Culture Specialist will create and implement a security culture and awareness program incorporating current best practice and ensuring EnergyAustralia’s compliance to the Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework (AESCSF). Responsibilities include:

- Refresh and manage the EA security awareness strategy, aligning to the SANS Maturity Model
- Manage the ProofPoint training solution to deliver targeted and appropriate security awareness and education value to EA personnel
- Assess training requirements of business areas & recommend and deliver solutions
- Ensure the security awareness program supports all relevant regulatory requirements (including AESCSF)
- Develop and implement the EA internal security communications plan
- Launch an effective Cybersecurity Ambassador/Champions Program

**About You**:
Cyber security is ranked as one of EnergyAustralia’s enterprise risks. In response to this and as part of the security strategy, one of the key improvement initiatives is the creation of a security culture and awareness program. To be successful in the role you will need some of the following experience:

- A recognised university degree in a Technology related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a cyber security communications related role, along with creating communication & engagement plans
- Knowledge of best practice cyber security culture and awareness strategies, along with best practice frameworks such as AESCSF, NIST & ISO27001
- Previous experience in the development of security awareness programs (or behavioural change campaigns)
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences
