**Job Description**:
Actively seek out opportunities to grow revenue to our existing and new customer base. This involves but is not limited to selling CoreLogic, its subsidiaries and its partner's suite of products to real estate professionals across Australia. Further details:

- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Establish, implement and manage a clear strategic plan that aligns with the national plan
- Create and lead key account client engagement strategies and negotiate major deals with key customers and industry partners
- Strategy build and plan implementation (includes 90-day and 30-day plans and weekly activity); participating in and running sales campaigns

- Focus on improving customer experience.
- Regularly sales reporting of actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections together with appropriate corrective actions if necessary
- Monitoring expense performance and initiating corrective action where necessary
- Be the voice of the customer by coordinating the gathering of market intelligence covering competitors’ products and sales strategies
- Influencing decisions across the country with great insights

Job Qualifications:

- Strong strategic sales planning and implementation
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in managing a Real Estate Product sales pipeline
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the real estate industry
- Commerciality, financial acumen and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Proven ability to manage key customer relationships at senior levels of an organisation
- Must be able to work autonomously and within a team environment, including cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage the commercial needs and priorities of our organisation and those of the clients organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
