We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time position commencing as soon as possible. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the General Manager and Directors.

We are seeking someone who has the following attributes:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Willing to help wherever is needed around the office
- Proactive, ambitious, and able to problem solve
- Overall can do attitude towards work and helping others
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

The successful applicant will be working within our growing administration team, assisting in the responsibility of all aspects of the company’s administrative requirements.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Data Entry
- Calendar and Task Management
- Receptionist
- General Administrative Duties
- Social Media posts
- Providing all round support to Senior Management.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $66,873.82 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
