Receptionist (Part-time)

If you have excellent phone prowess, amazing organisational skills, impeccable time management and want to be part of a great team - you may very well be the perfect fit for our Life Ready Physio + Pilates Canning Vale/Spearwood crew

Our Life Ready Admin team provide a friendly, courteous and positive first point of contact for our clients and along with our managing partners, are responsible for the day-to-day running of our clinics. This position is currently part-time ~10-20 hours per week and pays $25 - $30 per hour plus super depending on experience.

WHAT YOU NEED

Though you will receive full Life Ready training and continued on-the-job support from our administration leaders, the following would be great:

- Previous administration experience (bonus points if you've had medical reception training) - including proven knowledge of POS, invoicing, banking and accounts management
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
- Available for either 7 am starts or 7pm finishes (morning and afternoon shifts) around a rotating roster
- Well-developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone and front-line customer skills
- A creative spark to help drive and contribute ideas to the clinic and our social media platforms
- A desire to learn and grow and sculpt your administration career with Life Ready
