Sunkids Children's Centres has created a new position to support our Southern Brisbane Centres. This role is a Float Centre Manager.

This role will be predominantly to support our current Centre Managers and cover leave between our Southern Centres. You will be initially based at our Calamvale centre whilst learning Sunkids policies and processes and after this time, you will work between our other centres as well as the opportunity to be part of our future growth.

Opportunities like this do not arise often within Sunkids as we pride ourselves on well-developed professional relationships with our team members.

We are seeking a highly motivated early childhood professional that has previous Centre Manager experience managing large centres.

**If you have the desire to**:

- Become part of a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum
- Be able to direct, lead and role model in all areas
- Have Fantastic Communication Skills
- Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification
- Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
- Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment
- Assist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system
- Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids
