About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide collaborative and strategic leadership to support the Principal in developing and enacting a shared educational vision that delivers quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Model ethical, values-based leadership by upholding integrity, fairness, and socially just practices in all aspects of school life.
- Promote high standards of performance and professional growth among staff and students through effective leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Build strong partnerships and community connections with parents, government agencies, industry, and local organisations to enhance educational opportunities and student success.
- Lead effective school management and planning by overseeing resources, understanding legislative and policy requirements, and contributing strategically to the school's future direction
