Deputy Principal

Calamvale Special School is seeking a passionate, student-focused educational leader to join our leadership team as Deputy Principal. In this role, you will lead initiatives that improve educational outcomes for students, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and foster positive relationships among all

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Provide collaborative and strategic leadership to support the Principal in developing and enacting a shared educational vision that delivers quality learning outcomes for all students.
• Model ethical, values-based leadership by upholding integrity, fairness, and socially just practices in all aspects of school life.
• Promote high standards of performance and professional growth among staff and students through effective leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Build strong partnerships and community connections with parents, government agencies, industry, and local organisations to enhance educational opportunities and student success.
• Lead effective school management and planning by overseeing resources, understanding legislative and policy requirements, and contributing strategically to the school's future direction
