Job Title: Program Delivery Lead

Day Rate: $665 per day + super

Duration: 12 month contract

Location: Sydney CBD + WFH

This NSW Government organisation are looking for a Program Delivery Lead to join the delivery team and work on managing major initiatives and programs of work. As a Program Delivery Lead, you will be reporting to the Senior Delivery Lead and will be responsible for managing projects through their existing partners, using project management frameworks and processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for looking at delivery capability and managing program expenses, finance expenses, and stakeholder experience. You will not be managing an IT project but will be working on major infrastructure projects, operational,maintenance and BAU activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Focus on project delivery through our internal delivery partner
- Manage major initiatives/projects requiring strategic planning
- Take ownership of large scale and small scale projects
- Support Operations/maintenance/capital work/ BAU acitivties
- Manage large scale and small scale infastructure programs, manage finances, stakeholder engagement.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent project management skills
- Strong PM skills, support budgets, estimation, tracking, project timing, risks, delays
- Ability to act as a conduit between design and delivery teams
- Stakeholder management
- Strong Excel skills
