The role of the Registered, Enrolled & Assistant Nurses works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care.

- To work autonomously providing holistic patient care
- Works within scope of professional nursing practice
- To be a leader within the team and promote the mission and mission in action

**About you**:

- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- A passion to work in one of our specialty units - Palliative Care, Rehabilitation or Specialist Mental Health for Older People
- Minimum 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- AIN’s with a completed HLT33115 Cert III Health Services Assistance or a minimum of 1 year as an undergraduate student.
- Experience and/or qualifications in the specialty
- Experience in working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language/ bilingual skills
- Willingness to travel between HammondCare’s sites and services.
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience
