Our client is a non-profit organisation based in Wahroonga NSW that provides aged care services, retirement villages, and home care services to local communities throughout New South Wales.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement activities, developing and implementing a Quality Governance Framework, and providing strategic advice on quality activities.

**The Role**:

- Mentoring staff and providing education to achieve required outcomes
- Ensuring clinical practice improvement across all aspects of our client's aged care business
- Leading and/or being involved with organisational-wide clinical projects to improve consumer outcomes
- Analysing clinical and quality data to identify areas for improvement
- Undertaking pre-employment screening, including vaccination in accordance with UPA's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy, National Criminal History and Probity checks, and a pre-employment medical assessment.

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Driver's license and access to personal vehicle
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Experience in Clinical leadership, Quality Management or Education roles within Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
