**A day in the life**:
This role will be a mix of Overnights and PM reception shifts.

**We’re looking for**:

- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role advantageous
- Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Opera knowledge advantageous
- Ability to work night and overnight shifts
- Team player and work well under pressure
