Your Next Summer Job by the Sea

Ingenia Holidays Cape Paterson is looking for a hands-on, friendly casual Caretaker to join our team for the summer season (Nov/Dec 2025–Feb/Mar 2026).

Located on Victoria's stunning South Gippsland coast, our park features 3 sites, 200+ powered spots, and 7 villas.

This on-site role is perfect for someone travelling or seeking a lifestyle change. You'll help with cleaning, maintenance, guest services, and after-hours support, including night patrols and phone duty.

Weekend, school holiday, and long-weekend availability is essential.

A powered site is able to be provided to the successful candidate, but you'll need your own accommodation. If you're reliable, customer-focused, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we'd love to hear from you

In this Role, You'll

• Manage daily rubbish removal, cleaning of amenities facilities, and lawn/garden care
• Clean onsite guest accommodation
• Manage general Park maintenance (repairing general damage/wear & tear items etc.)
• Assist with Front Office/Reception duties
• Manage afterhours phone calls, night security patrols, and call outs

You're Likely a Match If You

• Have excellent customer service and are happy to roll up your sleeves and help where need be
• Bring strong communication and decision-making skills
• Use your computer literacy to manage bookings and guest records
• Hold a current First Aid/CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Are physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks like cleaning, lifting, and garden care
