**Hospitality Food & Beverage Coordinator - City View Cafe**:

We currently have an opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic, motivated, and organised team player to lead our City View Café Team on a permanent basis.

Our City View Café is a busy, fast paced environment open daily 7am-3pm. We are also open on major event days for pre-event dining.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Hospitality Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for leading a highly motivated and friendly team delivering exceptional customer service to all our guests and ensure that our service standards are met.

**_ Your focus will be:_**
- Supervision and management of the daily operations of a fast-paced café
- Delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Lead the team, being 'hands on' during key service delivery periods
- Provide on-going staff training and support
- Drive revenue by up-selling and repeat visitation
- Lead by example at all times in the delivery of a 'Fans First' experience for all guests

**_ To be successful, you will have:_**
- Minimum 12 months leadership experience in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A love of working 'on the floor' and interacting with guests
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
