**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the General Manager - Enterprise Intelligence, the Product Growth Lead will;
- Define the growth plan and develop opportunities through evaluation of financial and business information.
- Collaborate with Business Insights and Finance teams to develop cost/benefit analyses.
- Actively seek to understand the needs and perspectives of New Horizons customers and target customers.
- Work with stakeholders to seek and respond to customer feedback, trends, needs and requirements, defining the product market and strategy, including strengths and weaknesses.

**About You**

To be successful in the role of Product Growth Lead, you will;
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a strong understanding in one of the following - NDIS, Block funded mental health, homelessness, headspace and clinical or allied health services.
- Have a proven ability to work with teams, develop culture and build relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including key government, non-government and community partners.
