About Goodstart Eltham
Long tenure, welcoming team of ECE Professionals
You will join an established Centre Leadership team and work to uplift pedagogy
8 Hours per week Educational Leader time
Experienced Director who has been with the service for nearly 10years

**You’ll need**:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check or ECT VIT registration
