**The Opportunity**:
The Project Officer provides outstanding project management support to the project management team to track delivery across multiple projects, business areas and stakeholders. The role includes the responsibility for project coordination, reporting, financial management, risk reviews, event management and administration.

You will be responsible for performing a range of planning, scheduling and implementation activities to support the successful migration of computing and storage infrastructure from on-premise hardware to cloud. Being proactive and able to work through risks and delays using targeted and appropriate communication will be key to success in this role.

Ideally you are passionate about continuous improvement and can promote the digital and technology division across the organisation as they move to be enablers, innovators and trusted advisers. This will include the use of various reporting and communication tools to monitor progress and keep stakeholders up to date with project deliverables.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience supporting the planning, coordinating and implementation of projects in an ICT environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to establish and develop strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external parties;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete high level reporting and scheduling;
- Able to manage competing priorities and take initiative to resolve issues and risks;
- High level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly pick up new software / programs within a technical environment;
- Desirable - experience in an agile delivery environment / working with large data sets.
