Our client is an international organisation who are experts in managing hotels and resorts across the globe. They are seeking part-time Telemarketer to do outgoing calls to client database combined with a good knowledge/interest in the hospitality, leisure, travel, tourism industry. The company has an existing extensive membership base - no cold calling required, no experience required, however the ability to instant report with people of all walks of lives over the phone is desired.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and within set timeframes
- Ensure that the correct research is completed prior to contacting the client
- Ensure the client is matched to the right membership
- Provide the client with the correct membership information and ensure that they are allocated the correct resources
- Complete client memberships upgrade accurately and ensuring clients can fast track the benefits of their membership
- Ensure that sales targets are met daily
- Ensure accurate data is recorded, payments are processed
- Ensure Brand integrity
