DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and develop the Iron ore Processing Plant Production team.
- Manage Processing Plant Production ensuring delivery to plan
- Contributing to the mine planning and scheduling processes, ensuring they support and meet operational objectives, through the timely and accurate preparation of weekly and monthly schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting of mining and processing performance physicals to management and the wider operations team.
- Monitor mining and processing performance physicals and data to identify underutilised capacity and opportunities for increased output, as well as analysing variances to the weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting of mining performance physicals to management and the wider operations team.
- Travelling to and working in the Mine in South Australia for Implementation of Stage 1 and Stage 2 of Development plans in Mine
- Manage and supervise the preparation of mine site for installation and commissioning of the processing plants which has been manufactured.
- Supervise the local tradesmen who are installing the concrete and slabs for the commissioning of the new processing plant to ensure the foundation is in compliance with the manufacturer’s requirements and the allocations for bolting of the plants in accordance with the processing line’s technical plans.
- Supervise the current mining operation in mine site and review the mine plans.
- Accompanying and assisting the director in technical visits and technical meetings held with the new clients, for sampling, and testing the ores and report to the

employer on the viability of the operation upon installation and commissioning of the employer’s proposed new technology and plants.
- Manage workloads and allocate duties across the production team to deliver the plan and ensure all development targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations.
- Maximise compliance with the operational plan by ensuring that all activities under the supervisor’s control are carried out in accordance with the operation plan and work instructions.
- Capable of analysing the test results of production batches and modifying the production to maximise the efficiency of the iron ore processing plant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
