**Role and Responsibilities**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hands on, commercially minded Finance Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the Chief Innovation and Experience Officer (CIXO) and being part of the leadership team, you will have responsibilities including (but not limited to):

- Building and managing finance processes, combined with the development of robust policies established for governance and oversight
- Processing and accurately capturing timely transactions
- Monthly reporting executives and Board
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Profitability analysis and reporting
- KPI analysis
- Managing with suppliers
- Stakeholder engagement and business partnering
- Ad hoc projects
- Reconciliations
- Build and develop a team of Qualified Accountants
- Identify product improvements and process improvements
- Manage customer issues in a timely manner
- Help drive quick response times locally/globally
- Reporting and assisting in creating technical documents
- Develop new user-facing features and be actively involved in continuously improving the CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (FinancialForce) platforms
- Inventory management
- Payroll reporting & taxation lodgments

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in finance or accounting, with CA/CPA full membership
- High degree of tenacity and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated experience in financial and management accounting (including strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Accounting Standards), compliance functions and financial systems
- Demonstrated ability to provide support and services to non-finance stakeholders and to address compliance and control matters in financial accounting, treasury and banking
- High-level written and interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate effectively, resolve complex issues and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities that enable the successful achievement of corporate business plans and objectives

- Manage engagement with, and provision of information to, external auditors
