**About the role**
The person we are looking for to fill the role of restaurant supervisor will be someone with the right attitude & flexibility to work within a team environment, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, liaising with the other senior management. This position has the highest focus on customer service & team management.
In this role your duties will include;
- Overseeing all front of the house restaurant operations.
- Liaising with the kitchen and maintain quality control for all food served
- Induction of new staff, ensuring that they are shown all the standards & procedures & are provided with all the paperwork required.
- Rostering & signing off on hours worked
- Implementation of staff training to all new & existing staff.
- Being an active participant in how to develop and grow the business
**About you**
The successful applicant for this role will have
- Current RSA
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- À la carte experience
- An understanding of stock control and cost management
- RP Badge
