Indigo (formerly Independent Living Centre WA) is a leading provider of Assistive technology (devices and equipment), home modifications, therapy, driving and professional education. **THE ROLE**

With the ongoing growth of Indigo and expansion of the national GEAT (Goods, Equipment and Assistive Technology) contract under the Commonwealth Home Support Program, and NED, Australias largest assistive technology equipment database, we are now seeking professional and driven Data Entry Administrators to be part of our high performing Business Innovation Team.

Key tasks include:

- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan (as required)
- Responding to information requests

**THE CANDIDATE**

For this position, we are looking for vibrant professionals with excellent ITC skills, who are organised, approachable and driven to deliver great outcomes and enjoy a team environment. We seek someone with:

- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Self-driven with an ability to adapt and work autonomously
- Confident and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
- Strong communicator and enjoys a collaborative team approach
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Solution focused problem solver
