Our Nationally renowned Staffing and Facility Management client is seeking an Administrator with great attention to detail for an immediate start located in Burswood. This will be working within a busy fast paced team for approx. 5 months.

Location: Burswood (Occasional Work from home flexibility once trained)

Hours: Full time, 38 hours, Mon - Fri. 8am - 4pm - School hours available

Start: ASAP

Duration: Approx 5 months

Pay rate: $33ph + Super

This role will support the Accounts payable team in managing and maintaining their Vendor Master Data, ensuring that all records are entered correctly and kept up to date.

**Please note - it is a requirement of this client that to be eligible for the role you must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19**

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Onboarding of new approved vendors into internal systems
- Obtaining and uploading all relevant documentations to vendor management system
- Monitoring and reporting on Vendor data and compliance
- Updating vendor details where needed (Bank details, licenses and certificates of currency)
- Chasing missing information from vendors and or the finance team.
- Additional adhoc admin support when not busy
- Assisting in invoice capture
- Sending out approval notices to clients

**Experience Required**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are a MUST
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High level Data entry skills
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Good work ethic and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to pick up systems quickly and easily.
