- Opportunity to provide high quality marketing co-ordination and support to the Metropolitan Sales team and Directors ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the smooth running of all marketing activities on a 6 month contract.-
- **
Here’s a snapshot of your day/week;**-
- 1. Campaign Management & Execution- Assist with marketing campaigns for portfolio campaigns by creating media schedules, managing timelines and budgets.-
- Manage, create, and send all EDM communications via Campaign Monitor.- Support fellow Account Managers in the delivery of the Portfolio Magazine including pagination, index, editorial, and layout.-
- 2. Systems & Financial Administration- Maintain Streamtime system and ensure all expenses, quotes, and purchase orders for your clients' campaigns are recorded and communicated effectively.- Manage all incoming supplier invoices on behalf of your client, forward to the Accounts Team in a timely manner, and ensure accurate POs are entered into Streamtime.- Maintain overall Campaign Status Report to ensure accuracy for the team.-
- 3. Communication & Coordination- Liaise with external suppliers for quotes and rates on deliverables including signboards, photography, videography, video editing, floorplans, and print.- Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain communications between marketing and the agency team.-

- Proficient skills in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in the real estate industry, marketing and/or project management beneficial
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Can-do and flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done- **
