**About the role**:
As a **Core Practitioner** at Northcott, I will deliver **Person-Centred Behaviour Support** to customers seeking individualised support, working collaboratively with customers, staff, and families **using a Positive Behaviour Support approach.** This includes supporting Northcott staff in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Person-Centred Behaviour Support strategies and documentation, working within a capacity-building model alongside various stakeholders, and delivering Person-Centred Behaviour Support training as required.
