**About the role**:
As a **Core Practitioner** at Northcott, I will deliver to customers seeking individualised support, working collaboratively with customers, staff, and families using a **Positive Behaviour Support approach.** This includes supporting Northcott staff in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Person-Centred Behaviour Support strategies and documentation, working within a capacity-building model alongside various stakeholders, and delivering Person-Centred Behaviour Support training as required.

- A tertiary qualification and experience in the disability and/or community sector

- A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the community
