About the role:

As a Core Practitioner at Northcott, I will deliver Person-Centred Behaviour Support to customers seeking individualised support, working collaboratively with customers, staff, and families using a Positive Behaviour Support approach. This includes supporting Northcott staff in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Person-Centred Behaviour Support strategies and documentation, working within a capacity-building model alongside various stakeholders, and delivering Person-Centred Behaviour Support training as required.

You Can Make a Difference

I’m passionate about delivering meaningful, person-centred support that empowers people to live the lives they choose. Bringing my experience from the disability or community sector, I value collaboration, continuous growth, and impactful work that truly makes a difference.

I will bring:

- A tertiary qualification and experience in the disability and/or community sector
- A commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice
- Strong time management skills to meet service delivery targets and deadlines
- A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the community

Why you’ll love working with us

- Flexible Work Options: Open to both part-time and full-time candidates – find the work-life balance that suits you best.
- 5 Weeks Annual Leave – I enjoy generous time off to recharge and maintain balance
- Wellness Perks: Fitness Passport and reduced insurance.
- Perkbox – Access everyday savings, discounts, and wellbeing resources — our way of supporting you beyond the pay packet.
- Salary Packaging – I increase my take-home pay through packaging options, including $15,900 and $2,650 for meals/entertainment.
- Learning and career advancement opportunities, and you will have your contributions valued.

If you are looking for a role where your contributions truly matter, your professional growth is supported, and your passion for helping others is valued and shared. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.

Northcott will review candidates throughout the recruitment process, likely before the close date and you will be advised of an outcome. For general enquiries about the role you are applying for, please email recruitment@northcott.com.au.
