You will travel on-site to assess client needs, demonstrate equipment options and manage the full process of quoting and sales through to delivery, ensuring every client receives the optimal solution.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

  • Consult with clients, families and therapists to assess and address equipment needs.
  • Conduct on-site and some in-house product demonstrations.
  • Regular travel to client sites and occasional travel to our Geelong location.
  • Produce accurate scripting and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records, documentation and compliance.
  • Identify, track and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare regular reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Urgoform at industry events and conferences.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Empathetic and a disposition to working with people with disability.
  • Results-driven, diligent and disciplined approach to administration.
  • Strong grasp of mechanical and biomechanical concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with assistive-technology equipment.
  • Highly organised, able to manage high volumes of admin.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • NDIS accreditation, working-with-children check and compliance knowledge.
