We are seeking a Technical Support Consultant for our client, a non-profit organisation head quartered in the United States with activities in the US, the UK, and a satellite office in Melbourne. You will be expected to handle 10+ implementations at a time as a part of the team responsible for building an out-of-the-box solution for many new clients. While the method is very easy to execute, it does need time and repetitive tasks.

**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for someone with a strong customer service attitude to provide speedy and accurate technical help to users and companies. Good understanding of authentication techniques (Azure, ADFS, LDAP), databases, and strong analytical abilities are essential. This function also necessitates some knowledge of scripting or programming, as well as some knowledge of proxying and networking. Any expertise of a CMS, LMS, or KMS would be advantageous but not required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- basic knowledge of authentication methods (Azure, ADFS, LDAP), databases, and possess good analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Minor knowledge of scripting or programming skills is required for this role, as is minor knowledge of proxying and an understanding of networking.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Any knowledge of a CMS, LMS or KMS would be helpful but not neccesarry
