With a large client base, including retail, logistics and corporate sites, we can provide you with stability and variety in your role. **About the Role** We are currently seeking the services of reliable and experienced Safety & Security Officers to join our team in Victoria for positions in the Melbourne CBD. **All positions are paid under the **_**Security Services Industry Award**_**: - Level 4 which includes night, weekend, and overtime loadings.** **Full time** and **Casual** positions available with paid training provided. The primary functions of this role will include, but are not limited to: - Providing high quality customer service and support - General security duties including administration tasks - Building and maintaining tenant and client relationships - Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public - Responding to medical situations **Skills and Experience** To be successful, you will have excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to work flexible hours (24/7 rotating shifts - days, nights, afternoons & weekends). You will also have excellent desktop and communications skills and have a passion for customer service delivery which will exceed client expectations and set the bar high. - Current Victorian Security Licence - Current First Aid Certificate - Minimum 1 year of control room experience would be preferred - Ability to use varied Security, CCTV and Access Control Systems - Team orientated nature and excellent communication skills - The ability and confidence to respond to medical situations - Excellent presentation and grooming - Drive and motivation to improve services and processes as required - High-level customer service focus with a "can-do" attitude - Professional with excellent interpersonal skills and respectful attitude towards team members, customers, and clients **Job Types**: Full-time, Casual **Salary**: From $74,806.60 per year Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Night shift - Overtime - Public holidays - Rotating roster - Shift work Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Penalty rates Application Question(s): - Do you have the ability and are you willing to work rotating shifts - days, nights, afternoons & weekends? **Experience**: - Control Room: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Security Licence (required) - First Aid Certification (required) Work Location: In person
