**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the store manager and ensure the team is delivering exceptional service and meeting KPIs
- You will coach and develop your team to build the business with commercial and residential clients
- You will manage rosters, budgets, inventory and create visually appealing displays
- Develop your team through recruitment, coaching and training
- Create a high performing team and fun work environment for all
