Our mission is to connect passionate individuals with meaningful causes, enabling them to make a difference in the lives of others. We are currently seeking charismatic and motivated individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Sales Representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential donors in a friendly and professional manner, promoting our partner charities and their causes.
- Build rapport and establish meaningful connections with potential donors, inspiring them to support the charities we represent.
- Utilise effective sales techniques to secure donations and recurring contributions from individuals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from all walks of life.
- Previous experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising is preferred, but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. (Senior roles available with higher remuneration to those with relevant experience)
- A passion for charitable causes and a genuine desire to make a difference in the world.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.

- Adelaide, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
