**The Role**
In your new role as **_Marketing Content Producer _**, you will bring the Big W purpose to life by coordinating & executing all marketing & digital content for all touch points within the BIG W customer journey. You will have a balance of organisational and creative ability to coordinate high impact multi channel campaigns leveraging collaborative ways of working to help realise BIG W’s ambition of becoming a digitally led retailer that is customer first and team first and that lives our purpose every day. This is a **_permanent full-time _**role.
- Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Inspire a deep love for the Big W brand and to coordinate a consistent high standard in quality, accuracy and compliance of a multi channel campaign based on the overall brand and channel direction set by BIG W Marketing Leadership Team
- Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of a multi channel campaign from review, pre-production, planning and production ensuring integrity is maintained throughout the process, aligned to BIG W’s brand strategy and the Customer Plan
- Responsible for clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to graphic designers, the marketing team, commercial team and legal team to ensure disciplined ways of working to meet deadlines and key deliverables
- Adopting agile ways of working to deliver all aspects of the customer plan through all touch points of the customer journey (online and offline)
- Influence marketing and commercial teams to leverage most efficient process in content production, limiting rework
- Support the implementation of the Marketing Resource Management tool to enable more collaborative and agile ways of working
- Ensure progress, risk and opportunities are well communicated throughout milestones within the critical path and Customer Plan

- You’ll bring the following experience, knowledge & attributes:
- Previous experience in a Production Assistant or similar role
- Project management expertise with proven experience coordinating multiple campaigns at any one time
- Previous experience in retail marketing or a similar consumer facing environment.
- Organised - can manage and deliver the execution of multiple campaigns at any one time enabled by creating strong processes
- Collaborative - is able to partner with multiple teams across BIG W to champion the critical path and ensure creative alignment to the BIGW brand platform and needs of the customer
- Adaptive - Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
